I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics and International Relations.  Determined to live in NYC, I landed a job at an investment bank upon graduating and moved to Manhattan.  After spending 2 years there I decided to get into media to pursue something more creative.  I went to work for Forbes  for the next 4 years in a Planning/Strategy role and was then recruited by The Economist  to join their Business Intelligence team where I built forecasting models and supported marketing strategy.  I spent my last 7 years in NYC at The Economist and also received my MBA from New York University during my time at The Economist.

During my time in NYC I started to feel "stuck" and began to do some soul searching to "figure out" what I really wanted to do with my life. I kept hearing the word meditation in my yoga classes and was curious but wasn't sure what to expect. I decided to sign up for an information session and what the instructor presented resonated strongly with me.  If this was something natural that could help me slow down and understand the "stuck" feeling I was experienceing, I figured it was worth a shot.  I signed up for an intensive meditation course and.....

I didn't realize it at the time, but my whole life was about to change.  It was gradual but incorporating the meditation into my life led me to deeply question what I wanted out of life and what I wanted to do.

GLISTEN is the answer to that question.  I moved from NYC to San Diego  and began taking classes at The Institute for Integrative    Nutrition to truly understand the connection between individualized nutrition and balance in the mind & body and also lost 30 pounds during the process.  GLISTEN is the culmination of everything I have learned about mindfulness, meditation & nutrition and I am ready to Guide you to LISTEN to your inner voice that knows the path to radiant, glowing health in mind, body & soul.
